The Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced Customer Care Team Lead to lead a busy and hardworking team based in Somersby. You’ll oversee a high-volume customer care function supporting municipal customers, councils and residential customers. The team manages a broad range of enquiries, including missed bin calls, additional bookings, maintenance requests, and council-related service requests.
