About the team The Zillow Preferred team drives Zillow’s partner-led growth, working with high-performing real estate teams to deliver a more connected experience for our shared customers. Our Business Operations and Revenue Optimization teams build scalable programs, tools, and strategies that help partners operate efficiently and deliver great results. The Revenue Optimization team focuses on maximizing revenue and profitability across Zillow Preferred. We use data and analytics to understand, anticipate, and balance supply and demand, and we bring Zillow Preferred programs and products to life by working closely with teams across Zillow. We equip front-line teams with the right tools, data, and insights, establish the systems and processes needed for execution, and collaborate with our partners to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes for consumers, agent partners, and Zillow Group.
