Communication Technology Services (CTS ) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprise. We are seeking a Hetnet Optimization Engineer to support regional and national projects. The HetNet Optimization Engineer is responsible for working with multiple teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain KPI’s, processes and timelines; manage the relationship between CTS, the cellular equipment manufacturers, MNO partners and subcontractors to grow and extend our offered service. Tracking, reporting, teamwork, and improving progress is also a vital part of this role. This role requires in-depth knowledge of deploying end-to-end cellular grade networks through either past employment with an operator or through working with the mobile operators at a cellular equipment manufacturer or systems integrator.
