Principal of Technology (Hybrid - Columbia, SC) The Principal of Technology recognized expert in a particular product or system, developing new applications or modifying existing systems in the Bank or Associations. May also configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade ERP applications modules. Works with associations to leverage the AgFirst technical platform to build business solutions that automate and simplify association business processes. Champions technology trends and development best practices, sustainable frameworks, high-performance, and scalable solutions. What you’ll do: - Collaborate with Product Owners and Key Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders in Project Management, TSO, Application Architect, Business, and Tech Lead to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality software projects and production support. - Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop IT strategies that support these objectives. - Cloud Transformation: Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. - Architecture Development: Create and maintain enterprise ar...
