Position Summary The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, multi-client logistics operations within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. This role provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership across multiple departments or sites, ensuring excellence in service delivery, financial performance, and continuous improvement. The Senior Operations Manager partners with senior leadership and key customers to drive growth, optimize performance, and maintain long-term client relationships.
