People & Service Team Leader Department: Store Management: Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time Location: Washington: Reporting To: People & Service Manager Compensation: £27,520 (Full Time): Description: We are looking for an energetic and inspiring People & Service Team Leader to support our store operations and lead our team to success. As a People & Service Team Leader, you will constantly strive to improve the customer journey through creating an engaged and motivated team who deliver exceptional customer service. Supporting the People & Service Manager to develop the team and maintain visual and operational standards, and in turn driving conversion, sales and KPIs. This is an evening shift Team Leader role: 8 HOURS - Two x 4 hour late night shifts 16:30-20:30.
