Job Description Overview: This role specifically focuses on the commissioning of Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) . We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. This position is based at our Project Office in the west end of Toronto, Ontario requiring the candidate to be in office Monday to Friday weekly. Your role: - Works with the contractor(s) to define the commissioning strategy and plan, for Baggage Handling Systems , ensuring successful commissioning of the assets delivered through the Program. - Responsibilities include supporting the design process including attendance at key design reviews, reviewing, and assuring the contractor’s testing and commissioning plan, overseeing the testing and commissioning phase of the program(s), providing technical guidance and subject matter expertise to team as needed. - Collaborates with various internal and external program stakeholders to successfully coordinate commissioning activities. - Conducts site observation surveys and prepares field reports on the status of projects and completion of projects with respect to compliance to the pla...
