About the role Carrier Residential Solutions HVAC Finance, located in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a qualified candidate for a FP&A Analyst.to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and investment analysis for Residential Product-Line Sales and Margin and Residential SG&A. The candidate will provide insightful analysis and projections and interact cross functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, OPS, and SIOP Teams to enable operation excellence. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week Key Responsibilities: - Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. - Full P&L responsibility for Residential Product line - Develops analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins. - Prepare / consolidate / support interim & monthly reports - Prepare and provide insights for Finished Goods Excess and Obsolete Inventory - Manage, develop, monitor Residential SG&A cost centers forecast/plan preparation, reporting and analysis - Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports - Continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting effic...
