Engineering Manager, Control Plane Modernization

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). - 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in designing, analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. - Experience in recruiting, interview, and onboarding new engineering talent. - Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks. - Excellent problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
