Position Title: Manager of Therapy (Outpatient) Classification: Exempt: Department: Therapy Reports To: VP of Clinical Services POSITION SUMMARY: As a Manager of Therapy (Outpatient) you will help to ensure that REHAB patients and their families receive caring and dedicated service at REHAB. You will be the support for the Therapy Director, your respective clinic and assist with a variety of services. These services include being responsible for the overall quality, quantity and appropriateness of rehabilitation services performed within the clinic, as well as being accountable for both the clinical and administrative aspects of the clinic and provide direct patient care within the scope of professional practice and license. This position will provide a commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive and innovative inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. Wage Range: $90,626.60 - $135,939.91/year. The actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position.
