The Maintenance Associate is responsible for routinely performing maintenance procedures.They also help troubleshoot and quickly repair any facility problems when they arise. Cleaning and supplying designated building areas as needed (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning). Duties and Responsibilities: Incentives/Benefits: - Ensure that all maintenance repair service requests are scheduled and completed in an accurate and timely manner.
