Job Summary: As a Sales Support Specialist in Ice Cream Upgrades , you will be responsible for selling ice cream upgrades to a specific market. Your role involves analysing customer needs and collaborating with our engineering team to develop tailored technical solutions. You will drive the sales process in partnership with market operations and engage directly with customers to ensure their requirements are understood and met effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with the Upgrades Product Manager, taking on product specialist responsibilities such as developing the product portfolio, training market operations, and promoting our solutions to customers.
