Job Summary: Job Description: Responsibilities: **This is a bargaining unit position represented by IBEW 2337. Hourly rate $39.97. - Safely inspect, repair, and maintain all types of mechanical equipment and facilities including draglines, coal crushers, coal conveyors, vehicles and shop equipment. - Perform painting / carpentry / construction work; operate large motorized equipment, mobile cranes, forklifts and trucks. - Requires ability to recognize inefficiencies / waste in mine operation and problem solving skills to eliminate it. - All other duties as assigned Requirements: - Education required: High School Diploma, or GED equivalent - Position requires 5 years of heavy equipment mechanical experience (diesel engines, hydraulic systems, conveyor maintenance, welding / fitting, rigging/lifting); 5 years dragline experience working on Marion and/or Bucyrus draglines preferred. - Candidates with less experience will be considered for Apprentice positions as...
