Testing & Quality Assurance • Design and execute: • Functional, integration, and regression test cases • API and automation testing • Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations Agentforce & AI Testing (Critical) • Test and validate AI agent outputs: • Accuracy and relevance • Hallucination detection • Edge cases and failure scenarios • Build test frameworks for AI agents, including: • Prompt testing and versioning • Scenario-based validation • Human-in-the-loop workflows • Ensure AI governance compliance: • Audit trails • Explainability • • Bias and risk checks Agentforce & AI Enablement • Develop and integrate AI agents into Salesforce workflows • Sales • Documents summarization • Customer 360 • Support: • Case summarization and auto-resolution • Intelligent recommendations (next best action) • Implement: • Prompt templates • Context injection (data + knowledge base) • Integrate Salesforce with AI/LLM platforms (Einstein, external APIs) Quality & Delivery • Write clean, testable, scalable code • Follow CI/CD pipelines (Git, Salesforce DX) • Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies Required Skills • 5–10 years Salesforce experience • Nice to have s...
