To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Retail Excellence Team as Sales Performance Specialist, budget and forecast (m/w/d) in Hamburg. Key responsibilities: - Build monthly sales forecast by region and channel, improving forecast accuracy and financial visibility. - Translate the appointment pipeline into reliable revenue projections across the funnel. - Develop scenario simulations to estimate the impact of commercial initiatives on sales performance. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance to ensure structural alignment of demand, capacity and cost. - Ensure sustainable delivery of sales targets through structural alignment of funn...
