The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and related components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet production schedules. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications - Assemble conveyor systems (MDR, belt, gravity, roller, etc.) and components per engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. - Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to fit, align, and secure parts. - Perform basic mechanical fabrication tasks such as drilling, cutting, tapping, and fastening. - Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper function and quality compliance. - Work with production supervisors and engineers to identify and resolve assembly issues. - Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to a safe workplace culture. -...
