About the Role: The Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a senior strategic advisor to Legal Market leadership. This role partners directly with senior and executive leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, driving performance, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and sustainable growth. Based in Dayton, Ohio, this role operates within a collaborative HR model, working closely with specialized HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.
