In this role you will be responsible for the Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Material Inspection, Test Lab, Metrology, and Customer Relations functions. Job Description and Responsibilities • Sets the quality culture and strategies for the facility. • Oversees and engages in problem solving efforts, understanding effects of decisions on other areas of the facility. • Takes ownership to pursue systemic solutions and root causes in eliminating quality concerns. • Knows and understands the difference between judgmental, informational and source inspection and ensures they are applied appropriately. • Sets strategies for support systems process improvements. • Provides direction to team members based on general policies and management guidance. • Interprets and executes policies and procedures that typically affect reporting organizational units. • Accomplishes results with supervisors, t...
