Marketing Manager – Hair Care (TRESemmé, Dove Hair & Sunsilk) Duration: 1 June 2026-31 May 2027 (12 months Contract) Location: Australia - North Rocks, CBD Role Purpose: The Marketing Manager – Hair Care is accountable for driving growth and brand equity across TRESemmé, Dove Hair and Sunsilk in ANZ. The role leads end‑to‑end brand strategy, innovation and execution across multiple brands and channels, translating global strategy into locally relevant plans that deliver against IBP, P&L and market share objectives. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, commercial rigour and executional excellence, working cross‑functionally with CSP, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, CMI and agency partners. Key Responsibilities Brand & Portfolio Leadership Own the portfolio strategy and brand plans for TRESemmé, Dove Hair and Sunsilk, ensuring clear brand roles, priorities and growth drivers. Translate global brand strategy and innovation pipelines into locally relevant, executable ANZ plans (including UI where appropriate).
