DIRECT HIRE: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Pump Mechanic to join a dynamic team in the Richmond, CA area. Salary Range: $40hr - $55hr: Shift: Dayshift +OT Benefits: Full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! Responsibilities: Qualifications: In-depth understanding of API 610, and other applicable standards - Receive, disassemble, inspect, repair, paint, package/prepare for shipment API centrifugal pumps as well as other related rotating equipment - Assist with training and developing Pump Mechanic personnel to ensure efficient use of manpower and compliance with customer requirements - Monitor progress of repairs and assign and guide shop personnel to complete those repairs - Serve as one of the most experienced tradesman in the shop - Set the positive leadership tone and behavior - Interact with customers in a positive way showing them how you care about their business - Assist the Supervisor in the execution of all work - 10 + years of experience working in a pump repair shop facility with previous experience repairing API centrifugal pumps and other related rotating equipment prepared - Experience repairing API/Engineered pumps, creating...
