We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Director of Operations Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: - Oversee day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other assigned departments - Ensure all departments meet or exceed brand standards, quality assurance guidelines, and guest satisfaction goals. - Drive a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Conduct regular property walks to monitor cleanliness, safety and overall condition of the property. - Any additional duties designated by AGM or GM. Guest & Service Excellence: - Champion guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain high GSS/Medallia/Brand Survey performance. - Resolve complex guest concerns with professionalism and urgency. - Empower teams to anticipate needs and deliver personalized service. Financial & Business Performance: - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts across all operational departments. - Review labor productivity, scheduling, and departmental expenses to achieve financial targets. - Support revenue maximization strategies in collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and F&B lea...
