People Experience Officer Worcester based with a balance of home and office working £33,397 - £35,144 per year 35 hours per week Sanctuary is excited to be recruiting for a new role within our Group Talent team, offering the opportunity to play a meaningful part in how we attract, engage and connect with people across the organisation. In this role, you'll work collaboratively to plan, coordinate and deliver impactful people and talent engagement campaigns, tailored to the needs of different business areas and designed to maximise recruitment opportunities while reflecting who we are as an employer. Reporting into our People Experience Specialist, and working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll help shape a consistent and inclusive business as usual approach to people engagement and experience, as well as supporting a range of national and regional campaigns.
