Description The Fellowship Director reports immediately to the Director of the Division of REI and ultimately to the Chair of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Job responsibilities include patient care, teaching and research. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and directly responsible for development, maintenance, and improvement of the fellows' curriculum. The candidate will work closely with the fellowship coordinator and will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that ACGME, ABOG, and other deadlines are met and accreditation of the fellowship is maintained. The candidate will meet regularly with the fellows to provide feedback and guidance. The candidate will enhance the capacity of the division to provide the full spectrum of patient care in subspecialty practice, including but not limited to: operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, laser surgery, microsurgery, in vitro fertilization (IVF) and other ART procedures.
