Job DetailsJob Location: Subaru South Tampa - Tampa, FL 33634Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 Base+Commission/yearSubaru South Tampa is looking for a customer focused, Service Advisor! The Service Advisor is the face of the dealership for service customers. It is the Service Advisor’s responsibility to present and sell needed products, and or, services to the customer in a professional manner while adhering to Subaru’s published maintenance schedule and requirements. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner. Listen to and accurately document the customer's description of their vehicle's problems and service needs. Answer customer questions about services, repairs, and pricing. Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle's repair, including any changes to the estimate or timeline. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and effectively. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
