Lead Analysts operate as leaders and subject matter experts, driving operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact initiatives that safeguard our community and brand. As a Lead Analyst, you will focus on complex content moderation reviews, high-risk policy escalations, crisis management, project management, and cross-functional initiatives.
