The Career Counselor provides intensive case management, career exploration and employment services to individuals enrolled in the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Obtain and review all required documentation and determine participant eligibility. Complete comprehensive needs assessment on all individuals referred with respect to contract policies and guidelines. Develop individual employment plans and assist participants in accessing the public and private resources to meet goals outlined in the plan.
