Databricks is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Finance Manager / Director of Corporate FP&A and help empower the broader FP&A organization. You will play a key role in building and managing core strategic planning processes, as well as partnering with leaders across functions to support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial management. The impact you will have: - Support long and short-term planning processes, including: - Ownership of the planning calendar with clearly communicated timelines, deliverables, and expectations with all planning stakeholders - Ensuring system snapshots are completed accurately and on time - Building driver-based financial models to optimize resource allocation - Preparing executive-ready materials, including financial models, scenario analyses, and presentations - Support financial modeling for capital raising and coordinate across FP&A, Investor Relations, and Treasury - Support the development of Executive and Board reporting materi...
