Job description

Overall Objectives: - The ILE Launch and Execution Manager leads a cross functional engineering and program management team responsible for designing and implementing world‑class material handling, material flow, and workplace integration solutions for new, and mid-cycle action, vehicle programs. The role oversees Workplace Integration, Material Flow, Layout Engineering, and Facilities & Equipment for all Assembly Shops and ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality launch execution. This leader also manages program budgets for logistics engineering equipment and drives alignment across engineering, production, safety, and supplier partners. Major Duties: - Manage day to day activities for 10-20 team members (mixture of direct Stellantis and Purchased Service employees). - Lead the development and execution of internal and external material flow strategies, including Plan For Every Part (PFEP) data management, EBOM alignment, packaging data, and supplier logistics coordination. - Oversee workplace integration and layout engineering, including station layouts, sequenced part delivery and kit cell design, process scroll validation (utilizing internal systems), scroll analysis, and cro...
