Job Description: Are you looking to build trust, enable dialogue and shape labor relations, then join our Nordic People & Labor Relations team: As a Labor Law Specialist at AFRY, you will take on a pivotal role, providing expert support to managers and the People & Culture team on matters related to labor law, collective agreements, workplace environment and negotiations when required. The role has a Nordic focus with an emphasis on Denmark, but you will also support other Nordic countries, when needed. You will guide the organization in interpreting and applying laws and collective agreements.
