Role description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Principal in our Retail Studio based in either Cardiff or Bristol. As Associate Principal you will play a key role in providing professional leadership and supporting the growth of the studio on a variety of residential, hospitality and mixed use projects, overseeing the activities of delivery teams and the local studio, and driving business growth and client relationships within the residential, hospitality and mixed-use sector.
