Takes a lead role with assigned projects setting a professional example and helping to train other maintenance staff. Supervision Received: Works under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. Supervision Exercised: None. JOB DESCRIPTION: Examples of Duties: The following examples of duties are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive. Assists and backs up the Supervisor with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other major building systems when needed for all facilities. Performs appropriate repairs and maintenance to building systems and structures. Performs repairs to existing recreation equipment and installs new equipment.
