Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Job Description: THE ROLE: Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team. Level I technicians are responsible for adhering to 5S principles and cleanroom standards, operating ultrasonic cleaning equipment, conducting pre-inspection on EUV Pods, and assisting with assembly/build tasks with more experienced technicians. At this level, technicians are also trained to work in the packaging station outside of the cleanroom. Duties will include sand blasting of metal parts, hand sanding and buffing, using CMM equipment. HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 2ND SHIFT: WHAT YOU’LL DO: Performing ultrasonic cleaning and pre-inspection on EUV pod bases/covers. Procuring packaging materials (i.e. Boxes, labels, etc.) and performing bagging/ packaging tasks following instructions. Assisting in EUV assembly tasks by shadowing and working closely with more experienced technicians and by closely following assembly instructions.
