Company Description The purpose of Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC), as Red Bull’s owned Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) organization is to drive best-in-class distribution and achieve Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) strategic objectives - both quantitative (revenue, volume, profit and share) and qualitative (in-field, talent, operations). The SVP will lead a world-class retail execution team to achieve RBDC’s goal of becoming the #1 Distribution Company in North America. Reporting to the EVP, Off Premise Distribution, the SVP, RBDC is responsible for the overall financial, executional and operational performance of RBDC. As a leader you will inspire a winning organization to embody the Company’s Values and ensure high employee engagement. Key leadership traits include building, leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing leadership team.
