Internal Recruiter 📍 Location: Head Office - Wolverhampton 🕒 Contract: Permanent - Part-time 2.5 days per week £11,266.67 to £13,000.00 pro rata salary (£26,000 - £30,000 FTE) Join Our Team: We’re looking for an organised and proactive Internal Recruiter to join our HR team and take ownership of our day-to-day recruitment activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, building relationships, and playing a key role in bringing new talent into the organisation. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include: Managing our Applicant Tracking System ( Teamtailor ), ensuring all vacancies and candidate records are accurate and up to date Advertising roles across job boards and relevant platforms Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates against role requirements Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other channels Coordinating and arranging interviews with hiring managers Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process Supporting a positive and incl...
