Job DetailsJob Location: Kansas City Office - Kansas City, MO 64131JOB SUMMARY The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) is responsible for fostering positive relationships between sales and marketing to facilitate revenue via marketing lead generation through sales-closed won deals. The SOS is charged with the ongoing analysis of lead generation, sales process, and sales reporting. The SOS is also charged with monitoring the receipt of contracts from signed quotes and ensuring documentation flow from the CRM to the ERP. The SOS is charged with routine data integrity, clean-up, and overall monitoring of the CRM to ensure proper documentation and record keeping. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Track quote and contract completion, assisting both Sales, Accounting, and Legal when necessary Coordinate and communicate with Sales, Operations Manager, and revenue leadership Maintain data integrity within CRM to ensure accurate reporting Leverage data within CRM to evaluate market trends and competitive influence Coordinate campaign efforts with marketing and sales to aid execution Coordinate with Hardware Procurement and Billing teams to communicate any changes to existing product offers...
