General Purpose: Provide senior leadership and operational oversight of SEMO’s repair facilities, associated supply chain functions, and facilities management with direct responsibility for P&L performance. Implement and manage standardized best-practice processes that optimize material flow, enhance repair quality and efficiency, and ensure consistent billing practices across all locations. Establish and track key performance indicators to drive operational performance, cost control, and continuous improvement. Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and accountability across all locations.
