Job Posting Title: Assistant Coach, Women's Swimming and Diving Hiring Department: Intercollegiate Athletics Position Open To: All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40 FLSA Status: Exempt from FLSA Earliest Start Date: May 01, 2026 Position Duration: Expected to Continue Location: AUSTIN, TX Job Details: General Notes Additional hours will be required to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This job is not suitable for remote work and is expected to work regular on-site hours. Travel is required. The level and title of position hired will be based on experience, qualifications of the candidate selected for the position and available positions on the coaching staff at the time of hire. Purpose: To assist the Head Coach in the leadership and management of the Women’s Swim & Dive program and to achieve successful outcomes, including recruiting elite student-athletes, training and coaching with the goal of contending for national and conference championships.
