POSITION SUMMARY: The Learning Facilitator is responsible for facilitating learning solutions that promote engagement and skill development for a diverse population of employees. Using in person and virtual modalities, you will engage learners in both knowledge transfer and application while maintaining a supportive learning environment. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with business and HR stakeholders and Learning & Development Instructional Designers to ensure program content is relevant, complete and supports learning objectives. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops. Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback, and adjust instructional methods as necessary. Provide guidance and support to participants, helping them achieve their learning goals. Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
