Responsible for determining the most efficient processes to manufacture precision components and tooling. Sets up and operates manual and CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet strict tolerances, working independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications: - Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and sample parts to understand specifications, tolerances, and critical features. - Develop and optimize machining processes for new and existing parts. - Provide feedback on part and tooling design to improve manufacturability and efficiency. - Machine components from prints, sketches, or verbal instructions to precise specifications. - Apply strong understanding of datums and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). - Set up and operate a variety of equipment inc...
