Description Business Development Manager (West - Oakville to Niagara) Salary: $60,000-$70,000: In your role as a Business Development Manager for Caesarstone, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with key customers across the Fabricator, A&D, K&B, and Builder channels. You will develop strategies to increase market share, introduce new products, and support customer accounts while ensuring timely resolution of any issues. Success in this role requires a personal drive to achieve goals, a keen interest in boosting sales, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Frequent travel, proactive collaboration with internal teams, and participation in industry events are essential to maintain a high level of product and market knowledge.
