Architectural Design & Engineering Rep - MI/OH

Job description

Essential Functions: - Presents and promotes Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services to architectural, design and engineering firms with a specific geographic region. - Works with Design Build construction firms. - Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts by executing necessary paperwork such as maintaining a Salesforce Automation (SFA) database with projects and activities associated with that project and/or account. - Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers/Market Managers/Business Development Managers regarding project recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting of projects within his/her SFA project pipeline. - Gives group presentations to architects, interior designers and engineers relating to Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services. - Meets or exceed Stonhard’s minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management. - Contacts a minimum of 10-15 clients in-person per week. - Enter a minimum of 5 new projects per week within Salesforce.
