Job Description Summary The Lead Manufacturing Specialist (MRO Regulatory Compliance Quality Leader) will handle Regulatory Quality review associated with MRO Regulatory Certifications. This person will be the Focal for regulatory agencies by applying for new regulatory certifications to support business needs for the repair station. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.). Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for foreign regulatory agencies and customers relating to renewal certifications and customer audits. - Complete customer surveys/desktop audits upon request. - Maintain the regulatory certification schedules and apply for renewals in a timely manner to ensure certifications. - Responsible for keeping MRO Supplements and Manuals current with the latest regulatory requirements. - Schedule Regulatory Audits, including travel accommodations, business courtesy approvals and processing payment requests through the RFM System. - Schedule Customer Audits - Responsible for internal auditors ensuring that they are trai...
