Overview As an Insurance Defense Attorney III with Mercury, you will serve as lead counsel on a sophisticated caseload of 1st- and 3rd-party personal injury matters, managing files from initial assignment through post-trial motions, including bench and jury trials as well as binding arbitrations. You will handle complex, high-exposure cases involving completed surgeries, alleged traumatic brain injuries, punitive damages, and other serious injuries with potential excess exposure and case values up to $500,000, giving you the opportunity to do challenging, impactful litigation work every day.
