Overview Job Title: Post Closing Specialist (Agency Trailing Documents) Location: Remote OK ( If living within 31 miles of Santa Ana, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work hybrid) Pay: $19 - $20/hr. d.o.e. plus benefits Primary responsibilities include preparing real estate loans to ensure they are closed in conformance with all underwriting guidelines. Post-Closing prepares loans for booking and settlement with agencies, tracks and clears post close file exceptions. Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs post audit review of secondary market loans based upon regulatory agency and investor requirements. - Prepares files for other audits of secondary market loans. - Disbursement of all residential mortgage loans. - Reconciliation of all HUD/Settlement Statements with FICS. - Mailing customer survey letters. - Coordinating trailing documents to outside investors - Reviewing all mortgage loans for compliance following QC checklist. - Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
