Why M Physicians? The Pediatric Specialty Clinic - Woodbury is a free-standing clinic that offers a wide range of services to pediatric patients seeking care from any of our several sub-specialties. Some of the pediatric sub-specialties we see include; Neurology, Cardiology, Endocrine, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Weight Management, Sleep medicine, Pulmonology, Surgery, NICU Follow-Up, Nephrology, Dermatology and Urology. Many of our clinics are multi-disciplinary, which means we offer multiple specialty services within one clinic appointment. We are a supportive, cohesive team that is passionate about pediatrics. What you will do as a Scheduling Coordinator: - Checks-in patients for clinic services and manages front desk responsibilities - Performs appropriate registration and scheduling functions via computer systems, including initial entry of demographic information, insurance information, referring physician data and exam information - Collaborates and effectively communicates with patients, caregivers, providers, schedulers, and other care team members - Monitor and manage work queues - Identify potential issues that could complicate care (i.e. insurance issues,...
