Job description

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) - 5+ years of Technical management experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment and related field s equivalent experience in Computer Science and Engineering . - Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role. - Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or relevant technical domain . - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management/resource management. - Experience supporting Service Provider customers, strongly preferred. - Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred. - Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients. - Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity. - Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems. - 2+years of sales experience. - Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
