About the roles Provide active support to people with Disability in Cairns across Supported Independent Living (SIL). The people you will support are looking for passionate & highly skilled support workers who are experienced in providing complex health care supports, positive behaviour support, medication administration and personal care. An understanding of approved restrictive practices will also be highly regarded. As a casual or part time employee joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster, including Sleep over & Active Night shifts. Availability to work these shifts is essential. If you are successful in progressing to the interview rounds, you will be invited to attend our next assessment centre in Cairns, which will be held on Thursday 21st May 2026 from 11am until approx. 1.00 pm .
