CORPS: Everett POSITION TITLE: (EVNSC) Everett New Start Center Shelter Monitor Lead STATUS: Regular Full-Time/Non-exempt: COMPENSATION: $26.54: REPORTS TO: EVNSC Site Manager: This position will support shelter operations across multiple shifts, including day, swing, and overnight. Shift assignments and schedules will be confirmed upon hire and may vary depending on the needs of the operation. SCOPE OF POSITION: The Shelter Monitor Lead is responsible for completion of various assigned tasks, including, but not limited to, scheduling client intakes via telephone referral, conducting client interviews, processing guest intake data, and conducting security rounds. In addition to standard Shelter Monitor duties, the Shelter Monitor Lead serves as the shift lead and formal authority on duty, providing direction to Shelter Monitor staff and ensuring safe, consistent, and effective site operations during assigned shifts.
