Production Coordinator

Job description

Overview The production coordinator partners with internal departments and external vendors and is involved with every aspect of the production process: planning, design, production, and fabrication. This position ensures that print specs and product requirements are adhered to and that appropriate documentation has been received and stored. This position confirms that each job is both high quality and cost effective. If you have experience working with outside vendors, designers, buyers and a production environment this could be the position for you. Responsibilities: - Support the creation of printing, assembly, and manufacturing specifications and product prototypes to facilitate planning, purchasing, quality assurance, and production processes - Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team - Ensure lot control is properly managed and controlled - Coordinate production schedules, resources, and logistics for projects, addressing any issues or delays promptly - Participate in quality inspections, reporting and decision support with vendors - Build and maintain a positive working relationship with vendors, Esri customers, planners, and production team to ensure timely pr...
