Right now, our KENT , WA store is seeking a Full Time Store Manager in Training (SMIT) Hourly Rate: $21.94-$23.85 per hour: Position Summary: Responsible for learning and participating in the overall store operation, including collections, processing sales, personnel management, financial performance and loss control activities. Objective is to acquire knowledge and skills needed to be capable of performing the Managers job at any Tacoma Goodwill location at the conclusion of the training.
